PELAGIC was founded by husband-and-wife team Joel and Sian Chadwick to help forward-thinking businesses create exceptional product through brand partnerships and fully bespoke products with precision, creativity, and commercial value. We’re more than suppliers. We embed ourselves with your marketing and creative teams to design truly unique, campaign-driven products — not just basic merchandise.

Joel’s career began in the marine and outdoor industry, working with some of the sector’s most respected brands — from ocean sailing event management to superyachts — and developing partnerships for leading apparel names. Over more than 20 years, he has built deep expertise in product design, manufacturing, sourcing, and strategic brand partnerships, gaining first-hand insight into how major brands operate, where value is often lost, and how smarter, leaner solutions can deliver better results.

Sian brought a business operations and client management background, playing a crucial role in building long-term partnerships and delivering complex projects smoothly from concept to delivery. Her focus on process, detail and customer experience has shaped PELAGIC’s reputation for reliability and service.

Together, they created PELAGIC to offer a new way of working: agile, creative and commercially savvy — without the overheads and limitations of traditional suppliers. Today, Pelagic partners with brands across marine, outdoor, travel and lifestyle sectors, supporting everything from fully bespoke product design to efficient sourcing and procurement solutions via their fantastic design and quality team who have created products for leading marine and outdoor brands worldwide.
