PELAGIC was founded by husband-and-wife team Joel and Sian Chadwick to give businesses one experienced product partner from first idea to final delivery.
Today, PELAGIC works with businesses across the marine sector to manage the complete product journey, combining design, development, manufacturing, quality control and global logistics through one connected process.
From apparel and performance wear to merchandise, gifting, accessories and fully bespoke product, every project is developed around the needs of the client. PELAGIC coordinates each stage, from concept and sampling through production, inspection, warehousing and final delivery.
Joel brings more than 20 years of experience across the marine, outdoor and product industries, while Sian’s background in business operations and client management has helped shape PELAGIC’s focus on detail, reliability and long-term relationships.
Supported by a specialist design and quality team, a global manufacturing network and experienced logistics partners, PELAGIC works as an extension of its clients’ businesses, taking responsibility for the product journey from initial brief to final destination.
